A thousand years of serving and renewing our City with the love of God
Thank you for your interest in these beautiful Wren churches where the passing generations have worshipped God and sought his blessing.
We warmly welcome those who come to join us for worship, who wish to study the past or who seek a quiet place in the midst of the City’s bustle. You are part of a great historic succession of those who came before us.
We also welcome students and tourists who come to visit the memorials at St Andrew by the Wardrobe to William Shakespeare and John Dowland, both of whom once lived in our parishes, or who want to walk in the footsteps of William and Margaret Penn of Pennsylvania, Pocahontas, or Charles Dickens, at St Martin Ludgate. We invite you to join with us in building and sustaining the Christian life and witness of this historic part of the City of London.
